Legend has it that, in the 16th Century, Sufi Baba Budan pilgrimaged to the Middle East on a quest for coffee. Not only did he find what he was looking for, but he was able to bring seven coffee seeds home to India. This heralded a fortunate new age of coffee that spread throughout the globe.
