Needmore Studio for Lease

by Kandace

in Portland

We are in the process of relocating our home and studio and are looking for a loving occupant for our current studio – a classic, beautiful, newly renovated office space in the historic Olympic Mills Commerce Center (see recent write-up of building)! We’ve had a fabulous time here; this is a nice building with lots of interesting and creative folks. The space gets great light in the morning and the window has a nice view of a common area.

Location: 107 SE Washington, Suite 265 Portland Oregon 97214 (view map)

  • 960 square feet for $1183/month

  • Tons of natural light, Southern exposure

  • Close in, across the river from Downtown

  • Lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shop in building

  • Dog-friendly building

  • Lots of furnished common spaces

  • Interior bike storage, lockers and showers (soon)

  • Conference room available

  • Utilities are very affordable

  • Available immediately

One part of this building that we have come to love is the participation of all of the tenants here in Friday at Four gatherings and First Friday art openings. There will be an opening tonight from 6 pm to 9 pm for the Siren Arts Festival. If you are in the area, do stop by. We’ll leave the light on so you can take a peek at the studio while perusing art. Otherwise, contact us to have a look!

Well I certainly hope you don’t move too far. We need all the design goodness we can get ‘round here.

Thanks, Bill! We are actually staying right here in Portland. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!
