Saké Cocktails
The sun is beginning to shine, cocktails are on the mind, and our friends at SakéOne have produced one fine list of saké-infused cocktail recipes. We were thrilled to not only craft the web pages but also create the imagery through a photoshoot at Woodsman Tavern with photographer Gritchelle Fallesgon. The result? What started as a simple logo redesign for well-loved Beaverton restaurant Hapa Asian Fusion quickly blossomed into a complete brand overhaul. Chef Yoon's dream of creating a welcoming space for cultural fusion inspired everything from the name change to our hand-painted hibiscus mural by Michael Paulus—representing both Hawaiian and Korean influences that define her beautiful cuisine.

iPad Pro for Identity Design
Our studio upgraded to iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for each core team member, and it quickly became a freeing way to convey ideas fast. Using Adobe Draw for our Hither Coffee identity felt natural—like marker and paper—while aligning with our commitment to use less paper. The iPad Pro lets us keep a virtuous design cycle, making work easier to manipulate with less waste."
