Find yourself working with a lot of clients? We keep quote a few clients in a giant folder on our network, curiously named We frequently back up this folder, but we keep lots of old projects online because we often need to look at something from an older project without having to dig out a DVD. So we\u2019ve taken to using color labels to indicate active projects (green) and on-hold projects (grey), as well as the occasional internal project (orange). This helps a lot but lately we\u2019ve found ourselves scrolling through about 100 of these folders, and after a while that just feels like a waste of time.<\/p>\nClients<\/code>.
