Right now, we have a number of projects, both for clients and for ourselves, in need of a good coder. We need someone who has experience with Ruby and Rails, databases, and web design. Some system administration skills would be nice. The ideal person is also smart, productive, a good communicator, loves writing good code, cares about best practices, and has the ability to set and complete goals.
