For us, that change started with facing poeples\u2019 fears about web design. Suprisingly, we found that, for many potential clients, most fears are directed not at the web desing process specifically, but more likely they were thinking about hassles after the website has gone up. We were consistently asked questions such as What are the hidden fees?<\/em>, What will I end up paying each month for maintenance and updates?<\/em> Our game changer was freeing our clients from the shakles of penny fees that add up quickly \u2013 that\u2019s why we first created Ladybug<\/a> and now focus exclusively on easy-to-update websites that free our clients to truly enjoy their site evolution. So, when we ask what clients love about their website, they\u2019re talking about more than design. They\u2019ll remark that:<\/p>\n
