Just down the street from the Needmore Studio, <a title=\"Olio\" href=\"http:\/\/oliounited.com\/\">Olio United<\/a> (chalk full of fair trade and sustainable clothing) is kicking of a one-year anniversary <a title=\"extravaganza\" href=\"http:\/\/shop.oliounited.com\/blogs\/events\">extravaganza<\/a> filled with a number of Needmore friends and clients!<\/p>\n<p>To start it all off, there is a party tonight from 7 to 10 where 10 local artists, including friends like <a title=\"Amy Ruppel\" href=\"http:\/\/amyruppel.com\">Amy Ruppel<\/a>, <a title=\"Jill Bliss\" href=\"http:\/\/jillbliss.com\/\">Jill Bliss<\/a> and <a title=\"Trish Grantham\" href=\"http:\/\/trishgrantham.com\">Trish Grantham<\/a>, have decorated Tom\u2019s shoes for a silent action benefiting <a title=\"Transitions Cambodia\" href=\"http:\/\/transitionscambodia.org\/\">Transitions Cambodia<\/a>. Like these super-cute custom shoes by Jill Bliss.<\/p>\n<p>Then, on August 30 (11-6 pm) take a peek at the <a title=\"Form &amp; Flora\" href=\"http:\/\/formandflora.com\/\">Form &amp; Flora<\/a> plant show (we\u2019ve <a title=\"talked recently\" href=\"\/notes\/show\/form_flora\/\">talked recently<\/a> about what fans we are of Lacy\u2019s designs) and the <a title=\"Entermodal\" href=\"http:\/\/entermodal.com\/\">Entermodal<\/a> Pop-Up Factory. We\u2019ve had the privilege of touring Entermodal\u2019s studio and have to say that seeing these folks in action is an experience not to miss!<\/p>\n<p>When I first stepped into Olio, I fell in love with the design of the space; it was created by Beam (who also developed the building our studio is in), with the same high ceilings and natural elements as our own studio.<\/p>\n<p>Hope to see you there!<br \/>\nAddress: 1028 SE Water Avenue at Yamhill<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Looking for some fun this weekend?
