Sublimity, Frozen in a Cup

The folks at Dolcezza Artisanal Gelato learned to make gelato the old-world way: from maestros heladeros in Buenos Aires who make their recipes from scratch, by hand and with locally grown ingredients.


Being obsessed with the perfect gelato is a tough job, but it’s one that Dolcezza manages with much enthusiasm and grace: the highest quality ingredients from well-known farmers and sources and meticulously cared-for citrus, nuts and coffee (read their gelato-ology blog for their latest inspirations).


The gorgeous, evocative images on their website will dazzle visually and just might tempt you to lick your screen. We’ve never experienced such intimate feelings for a frozen dessert from words and images alone…And we can honestly say that the actual gelato itself even trumps the hullabaloo.
