We have the pleasure of working next door to MWA Architects day after day in our LEED certified space here in Old Town Portland. As we got to know their incredible Portland team (from high-five Thursdays to their penchant for six-foot burritos), we had a not-so-secret desire to create a website that would tell the story of the incredible people we run into every day. Fortunately, we got our chance.
Our first step was to head out to see MWA’s work around Portland. If we weren’t convinced by their personalities and portfolio, a walk through Stevens Creek Crossing—”a mixed-use, affordable housing development that replaced 60 dilapidated apartments in southwest Portland”—sealed the deal for us; MWA’s attention to detail and care for the character of lives lived in the communities they structure is a beautiful thing to behold.
We couldn’t have been more thrilled to have worked side-by-side with our neighbors to tell the story of their awe-inspiring body of work. Get to know more about MWA and our project in our portfolio. If you are in Portland or the Bay Area, you may be surprised at how much of their work you already know.
