We’re giddy with excitement about Guy Kawasaki’s new blog Let the Good Times Roll. Guy will be writing about entrepreneurship, venture capital, innovation, public speaking, Macintosh, and hockey.

Guy’s writings already line our bookshelves here at the studio. I’ve enjoyed reading about his time at Apple and have an appreciation for his straightforward and enthusiastic advice, particularly in the area of evangelism. A recent entry reminds:

The key to evangelism is a great product. It is easy, almost unavoidable, to catalyze evangelism for a great product. It is hard, almost impossible, to catalyze evangelism for crap. (Evangelism, after all, comes from the Greek word for ?bringing the good news,? not ?the crappy news.?)

Update: Guy is giving a free online seminar tomorrow, Wednesday, January 4th, 2006: 1:00 p.m. ? 2:00 p.m. Eastern (that’s 10 am for all you west coasters) on The Art of the Start: Time-Tested, Battle-Hardened Guide for Anyone Starting Anything. Register here
