How do I set up Outlook Express to check my email?

General Information

Your web mail box has a set limit of 20,000k. Therefore, you will want to set up your email client to download your POP emails to your computer. You will need to know your username, password and mail server information.

Your username is your full e-mail address (i.e. )
We will provide you with a password.
Your mail server is: mail.yourwebsitename.com
Please note: For your outgoing mail only, you will need to enable SMTP Authentication. For outgoing authentication, your username and password are the same as above.

Outlook Express

Choose Tools ? Accounts ? Mail ? Add ? mail.

The Internet Connection Wizard will take you through adding your name, email, servers and password.

When you are finished with the wizard, choose Finish.
Choose Properties.
Choose Servers.
Under Outgoing Mail Server, check My server requires authentication.
