Do I have a SPAM/Junk mail filter?
The Blue Hosting Plan junk mail filter is quite aggresive. Therfore, by default, you are receiving all of the email messages sent to you. However, we are happy to turn on your junk mail filter – simply send an email and let us know!
If we do enable your junk mail filter, you’ll want to read the weekday mailings (sent out every weekday, between 4:00 and 5:00 pm) titled Junk Mail Report. This report will list any messages you currently have in your Junk Mail folder. Be sure to read this message to see if anything legit has been blocked. You can, of course, check this any time you like by going to http://webmail.yourdomain.com.
