How do I set up Apple Mail to check my email?
- Go to the mail tab on the top left of your screen.
- Choose preferences.
- Choose accounts.
- Fill in for POP account: description: your email address, email address, full name, incoming server, username, password, outgoing mail server.
- Click on server settings.
- For authentication, choose password.
- Fill in your username and password.

- Click advanced tab.
- Check box that says Remove copy from server after retrieving messages.
- Choose Right away.
