General Information

Your web mail box has a set limit of 20,000k. Therefore, you will want to set up your email client to download your POP emails to your computer. You will need to know your username, password and mail server information.

Your username is your full e-mail address (i.e. )
We will provide you with a password.
Your mail server is: mail.yourwebsitename.com
Please note: For your outgoing mail only, you will need to enable SMTP Authentication. For outgoing authentication, your username and password are the same as above.

Apple Mail

Go to the mail tab on the top left of your screen.
Choose preferences.
Choose accounts.
Fill in for POP account: description: your email address, email address, full name, incoming server, username, password, outgoing mail server.
Click on server settings
For authentication, choose password.
Fill in your username and password.

Click advanced tab.
Check box that says Remove copy from server after retrieving messages..
Choose Right away.
