Stumptown Coffee Roasters is synonymous with remarkable coffee. Here at Needmore, with a history of close ties with Stumptown almost since day one, we’re big fans. It’s just that simple; we love the coffee and people. We’ve collaborated with them before, on a number of renditions of the website, each time improving on the last. The latest site was gorgeous in Flash, but didn’t include integrated e-commerce features and we knew we could do even better; it was time for a change.

Needless to say, we absolutely jumped at the chance to work on a redesign of the Stumptown website. The goals were ambitious - no less than a complete overhaul and redesign. Stumptown was ready for some big updates: they wanted e-commerce that was integrated, so you could go right from learning about a coffee to buying it; a streamlined process from purchase to delivery; and more information needed to be presented, from details on individual coffees to blogging and high-quality video. And, with a focus on clarity and accessibility, the Flash had to go.

We accomplished all this and more! The new site integrates all of Stumptown’s needs, from presenting their coffees and stories, processing orders and shipping charges, and a clean and organized interface to help roast and ship their coffee orders. The whole system was created from scratch, and we couldn’t be prouder with the results!
