Kendra Binney’s textured, dreamy paintings simultaneously unsettle and intrigue with haunting images of the obscure, natural world. She came to Needmore with a redesign wish-list: a site to showcase and compliment her art that was easy to independently update and included a simple online store. We designed around Kendra to encourage her art to speak for itself: images and textures from her paintings comprise the backgrounds of the site and her handwritten navigation intuitively guides users through her portfolio and store. To stay in touch, her visitors can sign up for her newsletter and thanks to Ladybug, Kendra can change and update her site as her heart desires.
